My Digital Marketing Experience at The Festival of Literary Diversity.
Assisting The FOLD Foundation with digital marketing allowed me to work on tasks such as writing a blog post, pitching ideas in a professional manner, writing project proposals, create and edit video content, and make social media posts. Below, I listed my specific projects in more detail.
First Project; Introductory Blog Post
To kickstart my placement with FOLD, I wrote a blog post, introducing who I am as a reader, my reading interests, my preferred genres, and what I have to offer to FOLD. I based my blog post on recommending Indian authors and their books since they represent my community and culture, highlighting a huge aspect of who I am as a reader.

For the 2023 Festival of Literary Diversity (FOLD), I marketed and promoted an in-person romance author event as
romance is one of my favorite genres to read. In this event, three Canadian romance authors dive into the process of writing romance and navigate their writing careers and challenges.
